Uber Eyes Potential Acquisition Bid for Delivery Hero in India
Uber's board met to discuss increasing its offer for Delivery Hero after a major shareholder rejected a bid valuing the German firm at over 11.5 billion euros. Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi previously offered 33 euros per share, but a larger shareholder was rebuffed with a 38 euros per share proposal.
